Zazie O. Beetz was born in Berlin on the 21st of November 1991. She was born in Germany, Berlin. Her mother is an South African-American Social Worker who hails from New York. Jennifer Aniston also graduated from her high school. Beetz went on to study French in Skidmore College after graduating LaGuardia. Beetz immediately began auditioning after school and was able to land the part in the role of Van in Atlanta. Beetz was born to an German dad and an African American mom from Berlin was raised in New York and spoke German as well as English. Zazie has been performing in theatres within the community as well as on stage in New york from the time she was a child. Zazie discovered that she enjoyed acting while at the school.
