Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born January 30, 1941, within Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce and his family moved to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
